IVEJM International Volunteer Program
Program Duration: 6 months to 1 year (flexible)
Overall Objective: To contribute to international development and cooperation by actively participating in projects and activities promoted by the International Cooperation Institute IVEJM.
Specific Objectives:

Support the implementation of development projects in developing countries, focusing on areas such as education, business, environment, among others.

Collaborate in organizing and conducting cultural and educational events to promote intercultural exchange and global understanding.

Provide assistance in language teaching to local communities to improve their language skills and development opportunities.

Participate in planning and conducting training workshops aimed at strengthening local capacities in various areas of interest.

Contribute to the preparation and execution of promotion and marketing campaigns to raise awareness about specific issues related to international development.
Proposed Activities:

Participation in community development projects in rural or urban areas, such as basic infrastructure construction, health promotion, and education, among others.

Organization of cultural events, such as festivals, exhibitions, and artistic activities, to foster cultural exchange and intercultural dialogue.

Support in language teaching, offering classes and practical activities to enhance participants' language skills.

Collaboration in planning and executing workshops and trainings on specific topics, tailored to local needs and contexts.

Participation in the development of promotional materials and awareness campaigns to disseminate key messages about sustainable development, human rights, gender equality, among others.
Volunteer Requirements:

Be at least 18 years old.

Demonstrate interest and commitment to international development and cooperation.

Possess relevant skills according to the selected volunteer area (languages, education, health, community development, marketing, among others).

Availability to travel and adapt to different environments and cultures.

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Selection Process:

Submission of volunteer application, including a motivation letter and curriculum vitae.

Personal interview to assess aptitudes, motivations, and expectations of the volunteer.
